SLS model single-stage single-priming vertical centrifugal pump is the high-efficient and energy-saving product designed successfully in accordance with international standard ISO2858 and the newest national design standard by our company through adopting IS model centrifugal pump performance parameters and vertical pump structure. It is the novel vertical centrifugal pump used to replace the IS model horizontal pump and DL model pump as well as other common products.
Flow range is 1.5~1200m3/h and life range is 8~150m. It is classified into flow expanding type, A, B, C cutting models, totally 250 specifications. According to different flow mediums and temperatures, it can designed as SLR model hot water pump, SLH model chemical ump, SLY (YG) model oil pump and SLHY model vertical anti-explosive chemical pump serial products of the same performance parameters.

Characteristics:
1.Compact structure, small volume, beautiful appearance, and its vertical structure owns lower centre of gravity, and the centre of gravity laps the center of pump foot, so the operation stability and service life of the pump is strengthened.
2.Convenient installation. The inlet and outlet diameter is the same and is on the same center line, so that it can be installed on any part as the valve. Added with rainproof housing, the motor can be placed outdoor for usage. In addition, the pump is equipped with basal to make the pump stably installed.
3.Smooth operation, low noise and high visual concentricity. The motor adopts low-noise bearing, and non-stop oiling device is equipped as well. In addition, the pump impeller wheel owns excellent active-static balance, so it is free from vibration when operating and using environment is improved accordingly.
4.No leakage. The shaft seal adopts corrosion resistant hard-alloy mechanical sealing, so the serious sealing leakage of centrifugal pump is solved, service life is expanded and operation site is guaranteed clearance as well.
5.Convenient maintenance. Pipe is free from dismantling and only the pump cover screw is dismantled to get the motor and drive parts for maintenance and repair.
6.The pump can adopt vertical, horizontal and various types of installations according to site application condition. In addition, series connection can be adopted according to flow and life requirements to increase the flow and lift.

Application Range:
1.SLS model vertical centrifugal pump is used to transfer clear water and other liquids which are similar with water on physical and chemical natures. The using medium temperature is below 80C. It applies to water supply for industry and city high buildings, pressurization of fire-fighting pipe, cold and hot circulation of hot ventilation conditioner, long-distance water supply and circulating pressurization and transmission of industrial production
2.SLR model vertical hot water pump applies to buildings of civil and enterprise unit with heating system as well other heating systems used for hot water pressurization, circulation, transmission and production technique, such as, telephone, thermal station, residual heat, metallurgy, chemical industry, textile, wood processing, paper making and high-temperature hot water of industrial boiler, and the using temperature is below 120C
3. SLH model vertical chemical pump is used to transfer the liquid which does not contain solid granules but owns corrosiveness. It apples to textile, petroleum, metallurgy, power, paper making, food, medicine and composite fiber and other departments and its using temperature ranges from -20C~120C
4.SLY(YG) vertical anti-explosive oil pump apples to transferring non-corrosive, flammable and explosive liquids of petroleum, light textile, machinery and other industries. The medium temperature ranges from -20C~120C and density RHO is less than 1000kg/m3.
5.SLHY vertical anti-explosive oil pump is used to transfer the liquid which does not contain solid granules but owns corrosiveness. It apples to textile, petroleum, metallurgy, power, paper making, food, medicine and composite fiber and other departments and its using temperature ranges from -20C~120C

Working Condition
1.The highest working pressure of pump system is less than or equal to 1.6MPa, that is pump inlet pressure and pump lift is less than or equal to 1.6MPa. When ordering, please give clear indication to the working pressure. When inlet pressure is more than 0.4MPa, when working pressure of pump system is more than 1.6Mpa, it should be pointed out additionally, so that the overflow part and connection part adopt cast steel materials.
2.Applicable medium: the medium of clear water pump should be  non-corrosive liquid and solid insoluble, additionally, its volume is not larger then unit volume
3.Environment temperature is not higher than 40C and relative humidity is not more than 95%
