Application Guide:
(1) The substrate materials can be galvanized steel, alloy, cold-rolled and aluminium sheet.
(2) The Degreasing process:
Degreasing by alkali cleaning >> Scrubbing >> Alkali cleaning >> Rinsing with water >> Chemical treatment >> Rinsing with water >> chromating >> Hot air dry >> Ready
(3) Apply primer, top-coat and back coat according to specification.
Package, Storage and Transportation:
(1) Package: Galvanized steel drum, N.W. 200-220KG/D.
(2) Storage: 6 months at room temperature, when over 6 months, the qualified product, after inspection, still can be used.
(3) Transportation: As non-hazardous substance.
