Application Guide:
1) The substrate materials can be galvanized steel, alloy, cold-rolled and aluminium sheet.
2) The degreasing process. Degrease with alkali Scrubbing Degrease with alkali >> Chemical treatment >> Rinsing with water >> Passivation >> Hot air dry.
3) Apply primer, top-coat and back coat according to specification.
Package, Storage and Transportation:
1) Package: galvanized steel drum,N.W.200~220kg/D.
2) Storage: 6 monthes at room temperature, when over 6 monthes, the qualified product, after inspection, still can be used.
3) Transportation: As hazard substance.
