Application Guide:
1)The substrate materials can be galvanized steel, alloy, cold-rolled and aluminium sheet.
2)The degreasing process. Degrease with alkali Scrubbing Degrease with alkali >> Chemical treatment >> Rinsing with water >> Passivation >> Hot air dry.
3)Apply primer, top-coat and back coat according to specification.
Package, Storage and Transportation:
1)Package: galvanized steel drum,NW.200~220kg/D.
2)Storage:6 months at room temperature, when over 6 months, the qualified product, after inspection, still can be used.
3)Transportation: As hazard substance.
