This series of product are high-decorated acrylic polyester-melamine two parts automotive top coat. It''s based on imported high quality hydroxyacrylic resin and modified resin, and added with various of high quality imported pigment and imported solvent( part B), and HDI biuret( part A) are imported acyclic cyanacrylate, please refer to the ratio when adding it.
The film coating of this product shows fatness high gloss, has good decorative effects, excellent mechanical properties, chemical-resistance, color and gloss retention, acid-rain resistance, weather-resistance, and easy application with base coat and surfacer.
Recommended to be applied on saloon car, minibus and local train. It can also be applied in motorbikes, household appliances and architectural out wall spraying. It can even be applied in plastics (except PP and PE) and machinery.

Application Guide:
1) The primers could be anodic or cathodic electrodeposition coatings, epoxy- polyamide or epoxy ester coatings.
2) The paint of part AN and part B should be mixed refer to the ratio, the ratio of HY2000- QMS is part A to part B=1/4.
3) Proprietary diluents(a for summer and winter) should be used. Don''t use other diluents.
4) Application viscosity ranges between 15~22 seses( Ford cup 4). Filtrate with 250 filter cloth before spraying. The spray air pressure is 3.5~8atm. Airless spray shows better effect.
5) The best application condition is as follows: Temperature 25 +- 5 C ; relative humidity 63 +-5%.
6) The proprietary primer and primer surface are supplied.
Package, Storage and Transportation:
Package: Steel drum, N.W. 20-22kg/d.
Storage: 6 months at room temperature, when over 6 months, the qualified product, after inspection, still can be used.
Transportation: As hazardous substance.
