The product is composed of modified acrylic resin, polyester resin and melamine- formaldehyde resin, adding titanium pigment, additives and solvent. The coatings film is featured by its high-build and gloss, good adhesion and grinding. It can promote base coat filling and top coat adhesion. Recommended to be applied on saloon car, minibus and home car as surfacer.

Application Guide:
1) The primers could be anodic or cathodic electrodeposition coatings, epoxy- polyamide or epoxy ester coatings.
2) Proprietary diluents should be used. Don''t use other diluents.
3) The paint mixed ratio is part A to part B=1/4
4) Application viscosity ranges between 18~24 ses( Ford cup 4). The spray air pressure is 3.5~6atm.
5) The best application condition is as follows: Temperature 25 +- 5 C ; relative humidity 63 +-5%.
Package, Storage and Transportation:
1) Package: Steel drum, N.W. 22kg/d.
2) Storage: 6 months at room temperature, when over 6 months, the qualified product, after inspection, still can be used.
3) Transportation: As hazardous substance.
